ATP Wholesale Terms
Here are the brief terms and conditions we have for ATP accounts with DermapenWorld UK.
1. Minimum Order Value
There are currently no minimum order values for ATP's. You may order a single item or multiple full cases.
2. How to Place an Order
- Submit your order via our website at www.dermapenworld.co.uk
- You must be a registered ATP user to view all available ATP products and ATP pricing. If you have not yet registered please go to the website, click on "For Professionals" then "Register as an ATP". Follow the prompts and submit your information.
- If you have any problems placing an order you may email us at support@dermapenworld.co.uk
- Please include any order number so that we can reference your order and question.
3. MSRP
Our website displays the full consumer price if you have not yet logged in as an ATP. Note that some products are not available direct to consumers.
4. Wholesale Pricing
All prices are listed in UK Pounds. Once you are approved for ATP pricing and logged into the website, the price shown on all products is the final ATP price.
5. Returns
Returns must be made in writing directly to DermapenWorld UK within 7 days of delivery date quoting invoice number and reasons. No returns are acceptable without DermapenWorld UK prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. Shipping will be charged.
For any goods returned as ‘unsuitable’ there is a re-stocking charge of 15% plus shipping chargeable to customer

6. Payments
DermapenWorld UK currently only accept credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express). EFT payments are not available at this time.
All credit card payments currently do not incur a merchant fee.
7. Payment Terms
Payment terms are not available and orders will only be shipped if the goods are paid for in full.
8. Shipping
Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. On all orders freight will be charged on each invoice at a rate displayed at the time of purchase.
9. Damages and Defects
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact DermapenWorld UK at support@dermapenworld.co.uk within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned damaged merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Reported merchandise for return will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
10. Delivery Window
We aim to despatch all fully paid orders ASAP. Please allow at least 7-14 days from the time of your order for completion of deliveries. Larger orders may require more time; please contact us for information about availability.
11. Backorders
Out of stock goods will be back-ordered and shown on your invoice. If back-ordered goods are in stock at the time of your next order they will be added to your order without duplication. Outstanding back-orders will be shown on each invoice. If you wish to cancel any back-order or not have back-orders listed at all, please inform us.
12. Shipping International Orders
We do not ship international orders at this time. If you are not a UK-based ATP, please visit our global website www.dermapenworld.com
