I use this during microneedling (obviously) and it feels nicer and my skin responds very well to this serum. I use a lot during treatments and I also like to use a little on dry skin between treatments. My only gripe is that it can 'peel' once it dries out (of you used a lot as you would immediately after treatments) and can cause itching. That is easily counteracted by moistening the skin and it goes back to being a lovely soothing goop. It's very expensive like all the products but it's a winner.
