    Received expired product again!

    I’ve been using this product since 2023 and usually liked it. But this is the second time I’ve received an expired item. It’s unacceptable to keep sending expired stock, especially for a product used on the skin. I’m really disappointed and now hesitant to buy again unless this issue is resolved.
    Please check your stock before shipping, and avoid selling expired or nearly expired products.

    Not had product for too long but started using twice a week sparingly, I've never used retinol before... My skin does feel softer and smoother the following morning! No allergic reaction thankfully. I hope it continues to improve the more I use it
