How fast is delivery?

Your order will be shipped from our Midlands warehouse. We usually ship within 1-3 business days, but please allow up to 10 business days. You will receive tracking information promptly after placing your order.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your shipment progress using our detailed tracking functionality directly on your phone. If you can’t locate the tracking email, you can lookup your order and tracking details: Order Tracking

Do I pay for delivery?

Yes. We use the fastest, most reliable couriers to ensure your orders arrive quickly and in pristine condition. Unfortunately, due to the cost of providing this service we have to ask for a nominal amount be paid towards shipping. Please be assured the actual costs associated with delivering your orders are far more than the amount requested.

I haven’t received my order

Simply check the online tracking for your parcel by clicking on the link in your email or using our order tracking page. If the parcel shows it’s been delivered, but you haven’t received anything, please let us know and we can help you.

Please note: If the tracking states that delivery has been attempted without success and your order is returned to us, we may request a second delivery fee to be paid before we re-ship your item(s). We may request an alternate delivery address too. We cannot take any responsibility for incorrect or incomplete addresses, or for failed deliveries to correct addresses.

An item is missing from my parcel or is damaged

If an item is missing from your parcel, it may be temporarily out of stock. Our normal process is to inform you if this is the case prior to shipping the rest of your order. We can either delay shipping until the item arrives or place it on back-order.

If you receive a damaged parcel, please check that all of the items you ordered are inside. If any items are missing or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help you.

All claims for missing or damaged items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

I’ve received the wrong item

We’re really sorry if you received the wrong item. Please contact us as soon as possible, so we can help you further.

All claims for incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

I’ve received a faulty item

We’re really sorry you’ve received a faulty item. If the item has a visible fault, please contact us with photo / video details of the fault before making a return, so we can advise you what action to take.

If there are no visible / audible signs of the fault, please contact us describing the issue and we’ll advise how to proceed.

All claims for items received in a faulty condition must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

My item has become faulty

We’re really sorry your item is not working as expected. Please contact us as soon as possible with details of the fault before making a return, so we can advise you what action to take.
