The pen Is easy to hold and use. The settings are great as you can choose the depth of the needle and speed. The device is very quiet, not too noisy I really love the results.     There are lots of fine granules in Micro Derm Exfoliant so you really feel like it's scrubbing properly unlike some fine granule exfoliators that don't feel like they're doing a thorough job. Nice to know it uses bamboo powder rather than plastic or nuts.
