    Goods out of stock

    When I ordered my products I should have been informed at time of purchase or before delivery that they were out of stock. The delivery arrived with just the Cliniprep and it was only then that I found out the other items were out of stock.

    I’m very disappointed in your company as I paid and ordered an LED mask in Decemember and it still has not arrived. You should have refunded me until the goods were available then asked for payment.

    I also want to add that these products have not made any difference to my daughter’s skin - who I bought them for - and I have spent £1000s of pounds.

    This cleanser gets my skin really clean-feeling. You don't have to use much to make lots of foam, and it feels really nice and gentle on the skin. I only use it when I break out every few weeks (because I really like the balmy feel of the Triphase cleanser so use that mainly), and I notice my pimples do disappear quickly and don't get more "angry" or spread like they have in the past
