As a long-term customer, I am deeply disappointed with Dermapenworld UK's customer service. After a recent software update, I was forced to chase them for support, which was non-existent. It seems their focus is solely on sales, with no care for aftercare or client satisfaction.
When reporting issues, they demand extensive evidence, including video recordings and opening multiple cartridges—three initially, then a fourth—without offering any refunds. This directly contradicts the promises they made prior to these requests.
The communication is abysmal and far from what one would expect for the premium equipment they sell. To Dermapenworld UK: Your clients are the foundation of your sales, income, and overall business. Treating them as an afterthought is a recipe for failure.
In stark contrast, Dermapenworld Australia offers significantly better communication and higher service standards. Dermapenworld UK, take note—this is how a professional company should treat its clients.
Honestly, this has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had, and it's shocking coming from a company I’ve supported for so long.
